Gaurang assists our legal team compiling legal documents, gathering information, and improving administrative processes to maximize workflow. Gaurang first joined the Anand Desai Law Firm in 2021. His positive attitude and diligence in her work was recognized by the firm and he was asked to take on the role of Pre-Suit Legal Assistant which made him a full time team member.
As a pre-suit legal assistant Gaurang’s first responsibility is the initial set up of the client’s file. He will then be the direct point of contact for the client, providers and legal personnel related to the case until the client is finished with stage one of the legal process. During this time Gaurang’s mission is to gather any documents that is needed for the case including records, investigation reports, and confidential information from the client. In order to complete his tasks and ensure the client’s file is ready for the litigation process, he drafts correspondences daily while keeping a close eye on the status of the client.
Gaurang is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
